Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All original tags and packaging are intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional campaigns.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
Size Exchange
If you receive the wrong size or wish to exchange for another available size, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Loomlightofficials will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
