Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
